Today, one of the most problematic issues is car parking. Apart from the fact that each hour of parking is 1 GEL and it is quite expensive, there is still no parking space in the city and this remains an unsolved problem.
All this is aggravated by the so-called Existence of "Stayanshiki"/"Parking Supervisor" institute. As it turned out, the state cannot regulate the arbitrary action of "Stayanshik".
They can choose a small section of any part of the city and simply not allow cars to enter the free parking area. The choice of cars depends only on their wishes.
The Transport and Urban Development Agency can prevent this action if "Stayanshik" builds an above-ground structure on the plot of land on its own, otherwise, the state has no regulatory leverage.
What do you think is the solution to the current situation?
